This page explains what information is collected when you order a card, and what it's used for.
What's collected
When you place an order: the card content you submit (name, title, bio, and any links you choose to include), your name and email, your country and shipping address, the card option and quantity you chose, and your selected payment method. No payment card details are collected — payment is arranged separately via bank transfer, PayPal, or Wise.
What it's used for
Solely to fabricate and ship your card, to contact you about your order, and to send payment instructions and order updates. Order details are also used internally to keep track of production and shipping status.
Where it's stored
Order information is stored in a private database used to run this shop, and is visible only in an admin panel that requires a password. It isn't sold, shared with advertisers, or used for anything beyond fulfilling your order.
Retention
Order records are kept for as long as needed to fulfil the order and handle any follow-up (e.g. a shipping issue). You can request deletion of your information once an order is complete by contacting us using the email you ordered with.
Third parties
Two outside services are used to run this shop: an email service to send order notifications and confirmations, and (optionally) a currency-conversion service to show prices in your local currency — neither receives your shipping address or payment details.
