Terms of Service
These terms govern any order placed through this site for a PCB Dev Card. By placing an order, you agree to them.
1. What you're buying
A custom-fabricated printed circuit board, shaped and finished like a business card, built to order with the details you provide. Depending on the option selected, it may include an NFC chip and/or an NFC-powered LED. It is a physical electronic product, not a toy, and should be handled like any small circuit board.
2. Custom orders & production time
Every card is fabricated and hand-assembled after you order — nothing is kept in stock. Boards are manufactured and assembled overseas and then shipped to you. Plan on roughly one month from order to delivery; this can vary with production queues, customs, and courier delays, none of which are within our control.
3. Payment
Payment is collected in advance, in full, before production begins, via bank transfer, PayPal, or Wise. We don't currently support card payments. Make sure the reference/note on your payment includes your order number so it can be matched up.
4. Cancellations & changes
Because each card is custom-made with your specific details, orders can only be changed or cancelled for a full refund before production has started. Once fabrication has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled. See the refund policy for more detail.
5. Content you provide
You're responsible for the accuracy of the name, title, bio, and links you submit for your card, and for having the right to use them. We may decline to produce a card whose content is unlawful, infringing, or intended to impersonate someone else.
6. Limitation of liability
The card is provided as-is. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use, including damage caused by misuse of the electronics inside it.
7. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time; the version in effect when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
This is a small, independently run shop — if anything here is unclear, reach out before ordering.
