Refunds & Production
Before production starts
If you cancel before your card has gone into production, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
After production starts
Because each card is fabricated specifically with your details, it can't be resold to someone else — so once fabrication has started, orders can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
If something arrives damaged or wrong
If your card arrives damaged, defective, or with content that doesn't match what you submitted, contact us with photos and your order number — we'll fix it with a replacement at no extra cost.
Shipping delays
Estimated production and shipping time is about one month. Customs processing and courier delays are outside our control and aren't grounds for a refund on their own, but we'll always help track down a delayed shipment.
